Shipping with Jompilih Supported Logistics (JSL)

Jompilih Supported Logistics (JSL) refers to third-party logistics providers that have integrated their systems with Jompilih, enabling sellers to offer fast and reliable delivery services to buyers.

This integration benefits both:

• Sellers: They can easily arrange and track shipments directly through the Jompilih Seller Center.
• Buyers: They can conveniently track their parcels via their Order List.

Shipment Process

1. Seller receives an order to be shipped using Jompilih Supported Logistics (JSL).
2. Seller prepares the parcel according to the order, attaching an Airway Bill printed from the Seller Center.
3. Seller ships the order via the drop-off option without upfront payment.
4. The Jompilih Supported Logistics partner handles the delivery and bills Jompilih for the shipping fee incurred.
5. Jompilih pays the shipping fee to the logistics partner.
6. If the actual shipping fee charged by the logistics partner exceeds the estimated fee (based on the seller’s weight settings in the product listing), Jompilih will bill the seller for the additional charges. For further details, please refer to the article here.
