If your parcel has been picked up or dropped off but the order status hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please reach out to Jompilih Customer Service by filling out the form here.

Before contacting Jompilih Customer Service, please have the following information ready:

  1. Order ID
  2. Tracking Number
  3. Drop-off Time and Date
  4. Drop-off Location
  5. Evidence of the drop-off (Photos or Videos)
