The Processing Fee is a comprehensive charge applied to all successful transactions completed on the Jompilih platform. This fee consists of two components:
- Marketplace Commission Fee: This portion of the Processing Fee is allocated toward enhancing platform services and features, optimizing customer support, expanding international export opportunities, and strengthening targeted Seller support programs. It ensures that Jompilih continues to improve and provide value to its sellers and buyers.
- Transaction Fee: This fee is charged to Sellers for each successful order placed by Buyers, covering the costs of processing an order and ensuring that secure and reliable payments are facilitated between Buyers and Sellers.
All Sellers selling through Jompilih's Marketplace platform will be subject to the rates outlined in the following rate card:
