How do I rate and review a product?

You can rate a product only after the associated order is completed. Orders that have been returned, refunded, or canceled are not eligible for ratings. To rate and review a product, please follow the steps below:  

Rate and review a product on Mobile or Tablet

1. Click on Account.

2. Click on Menu button and select Orders.

3. Click on Rate & Review button.

4. Click on the product that you would like to rate and leave a review.

5. On the product page, choose a rating and insert your review by click on the Reviews tab.

6. Click the Submit button.

 

Rate and review a product on Desktop

1. Click on Welcome #Name#.

2. Click on Orders.

3. Click on Rate & Review button.

4. Click on the product that you would like to rate and leave a review.

5. On the product page, choose a rating and insert your review by click on the Reviews tab.

6. Click the Submit button.

Guidelines for leaving a review

When writing a review, you should:

  1. Use respectful and appropriate language.  
  2. Share an honest review based on your experience (e.g., whether the product met your expectations, or how well it matched the description provided in the listing). 

You should not: 

  1. Providing feedback unrelated to the product, seller’s service, delivery speed, or driver’s service.  
  2. Using excessive or repeated emojis, words, or characters, which may be considered spam.  
  3. Including language that are offensive or inappropriate.
